The customer has the right to exchange if the product arrives in poor condition from the shipping company, provided that the product is documented with a photo via WhatsApp within a maximum of two days, and the customer will be compensated with another product. 2. In case of an error in the requested product from our side, the store will bear all shipping costs, and the customer will be compensated with another product or a refund. 3. The order after completion cannot be refunded or canceled. Note that the amount will be deposited into the customer's account within a maximum of 10 working days.
